How To Lose Weight By Eating More Food!

Losing weight is one of the most challenging things people around the world face. It is extremely difficult, and even when the weight has been lost, it is difficult to keep off. There are so many foods which we are told to stay away from yet so little we can enjoy, so as much that we are hungry for long periods of time when trying to lose weight. But not anymore…

There is now a category for foods named ‘Negative Calorie Foods’. These are basically foods which contain less calories than is needed to eat and digest them! So basically you are burning calories by eating food!

For example take some celery. The celery itself has 5 calories. However, in order to eat and digest the celery, it may take 25 calories. This results in a net loss of 20 calories, all by eating food!

Now of course you’re probably wanting to know which foods can be found in this category. The list I will provide you with is not a complete list, but I will update it regularly so make sure you bookmark this page.

I would recommend eating these negative calorie foods with you’re ‘unhealthy’ meals if you can, as this would then reduce the amount of calories you are actually taking in.
