Now some phones dont have an in-built feature which allows screen capture/printscreen and therefore apps such a ScreenMuncher are popular amongst such users, for example BlackBerry. Now some phones do have a feature which allows this, the Samsung Galaxy S being a particular one.
I happen to own one of these phones and therefore realised this feature on the phone. But the weird thing is that I found it by accident! I was just randomly on my phone when I heard the camera shutter sound and I was like eh? Then a small message on the screen came up saying ‘Screen captured, saved as image file’.
I went to my gallery to find that it had captured the screen. But the thing was I had no idea how I managed to do it! I spent the next half an hour or so trying to work out how to do it! I was pressing random cominations of buttons, all to no avail.
So after a bit of research on the internet, I finally found out how to screen catpure! Only two buttons are required really. It is the back button and home screen button. These are indicated below in the image.
Now all you have to do is keep hold of the back button and then press the home button. You may hear the camera shutter sound depending on whether you’re phone is on vibrate or not. That’s it! You’re done. Now just go to you’re gallery and there should be sub category named Screen Capture. You’re Screen Captures are saved in there.
Thanks for reading. Hope it helped!
