Milia are those stubborn bumps which seem to randomly appear on the skin, often around the eyes. Although they don't usually have a drastic effect on a person's appearance, they can do if they are present in a large quantity. So you're probably looking for ways to get rid of these nasty little buggers and keep them off. So let's start!

For starters, what are Milia? They are usually white or pale yellow spots that appear around and in some cases on the eye lids. They are in fact a type of cyst containing a protein named keratin which is something that strengthens the skin. This protein becomes trapped in the skin instead of exfoliating naturally. They are unharmful.

As for the treatments, there are many methods suggested by different dermatologists. So I shall write about a few here.

One method is to wet a cloth with hot water and put it on you're face for a few minutes. Of course, make sure the cloth is not too hot or it will hurt! The warmth will allow the skin to loosen and allow the pores to open up. This allows dead skin cells and dirt to get out of the skin, and therefore cleans the skin of anything that shouldn't be there. An exfoliating facial scrub can also be used after this to further get rid of spots, in particular Milia.

Another method is to use exfoliating facial scrub. This type of scrub makes the top layer of the skin come off, which in turn allows the cysts fall off. The face should be washed with warm water first, then the scrub should be applied. Exfoliator is used generally to clean the skin and keep it refreshed.

The last and final method to remove milia is with the use of needles. Removing Milia with needles is relatively painless. Make sure the needle has been sterilised before use to prevent infection. Use the needle, slowly insert into the milia spot, which will make the keratin come out. Make sure you thoroughly 'empty the spot' of it's content. Make sure you wash you're face thoroughly after this, preferably with soap and cool water. The cool water will make the pores close up, preventing anything from getting inside.

Great care must be taken with all of these methods. Any Milia on eye lids should be avoided as these are very sensitive areas of skin and also a dangerous area to be applying scrubs or even putting a needle. Consult a doctor if you are not sure of what to do.

Losing weight is one of the most challenging things people around the world face. It is extremely difficult, and even when the weight has been lost, it is difficult to keep off. There is now a category for foods named 'Negative Calorie Foods'. These are basically foods which contain less calories than is needed to eat and digest them! So basically you are burning calories by eating food!

For example take some celery. The celery itself has 5 calories. However, in order to eat and digest the celery, it may take 25 calories. This results in a net loss of 20 calories, all by eating food!

Now of course you're probably wanting to know which foods can be found in this category. The list I will provide you with is not a complete list, but I will update it regularly so make sure you bookmark this page.

I would recommend eating these negative calorie foods with you're 'unhealthy' meals if you can, as this would then reduce the amount of calories you are actually taking in.

I cannot stress enough the importance of keeping a backup of you're blog. Imagine having written so many posts only one day to login and see that you're blog has been removed....That would be awful. Countless times I have come accross blogs, try and click through to them only for a notice to come up saying this blog has been removed for whatever reason.

So I thought a tutorial on how to back up you're Blogger blog would be perfect. Now there are many methods out there on how to back up you're blog. However the one I am going to share is maybe the easiest and quickest.

You can actually back up you're Blogger blog through you're blogger control panel itself, talk about convenience! So without further ado, let me explain how you can do this.

1. Once logged in to Blogger, in you're dashboard, scroll down to the blog which you would like to backup and click on settings.

You should see this on you're screen

2. Under 'Basic' you will see 'Blog Tools'. From here you can export you're blog.

3. Click 'Export Blog' and this will allow you to save you're entire blog in the form of an xml file.

4. Save the file somewhere safe on you're hard drive.

5. You're backed up!

So thats it! In my opinion, the easiest method to back up you're entire blog in just a few click!

It's every kid's dream to go to the magical kingdom. It's every parents wish that their kids are happy and have everything they possible can. But sometimes finances stop that, and the magical kingdom is no exception.

Prices at the magical kingdom are unfortunately not magical, and this puts off many parents from taking their children there. And who blames them? These are financially tight times. However I came accross a news article claiming that thousands of dollars could be saved from a trip at disneyland. It said that by following simple yet super effective tips, you could save thousands of dollars. Intrigued by the claim, I read the whole article.

So after reading the article, I got an idea of what it was all about but was still a bit skeptical. An ex employee of Disney, Beth Haworth, has written a whole guide on how to save money at Disneyland. Being experienced in the business for a long time, Beth had learned where so many people were just throwing money away where they could be saving thousands of dollars.

But what really gripped me by the throat was the video at the bottom of the article. It was from a news channel which had actually tried, tested and approved the guide! There are products out there which claim to whiten you're teeth and give you that all important nice smile and look. The claims may be true, but there is an alternative, for a fraction of the cost of these products. All you need is strawberries and baking soda!

Strawberries contains malic acid which acts as a natural bleaching agent. This is safe to use but should not be used more than twice a week and can damage the enamel if over used. So here is a step-by-step guide on how to make it.

1. Put some strawberries into a bowl, then mash them up and turn them into a pulp with a spoon or fork

2. Add approximately a quarter teaspoon of baking soda to the pulp and then stir the mixture

3. Now use the mixture as toothpaste and brush for approximately 2 minutes

4. Rinse out and now brush you're teeth with you're normal toothpaste

5. Then just floss you're teeth to remove any bits

This used to be a common dilemma for me. When it came to ending a formal letter, I had absoloutely no idea as to how to end it. But rest assured, a few tips from my English teacher set me on the straight path.

The basic idea is that if you are addressing someone who you do not know, so you could be starting of the letter 'Dear Sir/Madam', then you would end the letter with Yours faithfully. As you do not know the person, you are having faith in them that they will fulfil any needs.

However if you know the person that you are addressing the letter to, 'Dear Adam' for example, then you would end the letter Yours Sincerely. Yours Truly is another way to end, but it is best that this way of ending is avoided as it is seen as less formal. It is also disliked by many organisations.

Of course, if you are writing to someone who you may know quite well, but are in contact because of business for example, you could end it as 'Best wishes' or 'Regards'. Again this is much less formal.

Tagging someone in a post on Facebook is something that is quite simple to do. However it is finding out how to tag someone in a post which is the difficult part. Facebook doesn't really give you any tips or pointers on how to do it either. Tagging people in photos is straight forward enough, but not so much tagging them in a post.

When I tried tagging someone in a post, I never really figured out how others did it. I looked at the available buttons but they were of no use. Then I finally figured out, as with most discoveries, how to tag someone by accident.

I was typing a friends name in a post, upon which their name automatically came up, and all I needed to do was click on their name and they would be tagged! That's it! That is all there was to it. So to tag someone, just basically start typing their name, but make sure the initial is in capitals, so for example Sarah, the S is in capitals, and it should come up and just click their name and hopefully they will be tagged.

In simple terms, a person's credit rating basically shows how credit worthy a person is, based on a statistical analysis of their credit files. The score can usually be found in a credit report which is sourced from credit bureaus.

A person's credit rating or credit score (same thing) is of extreme importance when they want to borrow some money from the bank or another lender. So a bank for example, will analyse a person's credit rating to see the risks involved when lending money to this particular person. This in turn allows the lender to see who will generate the most revenue for them, and who will cause them a loss.

Fortunately, there is no universal credit rating meaning that though one lender may reject you, another may accept you. Each lender has their own 'perfect borrower', and make their analysis of potential borrowers against their perfect model. Each lender takes into account many aspects of the person's financial profile to finally come to a decision as to whether or not lend a person money.

So here a few tips to improve you're credit rating and increase you're chances of being accepted by a lenders.

1. Credit card card companies may reject you if they see that you pay off money on you're cards in full. If this is the case, then the company is making no profit from you! They will also be looking to see if you transfer you're debts to 0% cards, also indicating that there is no profitability in you. Furthermore, they will also be looking at how often you use you're cards, because if you don't use them often, then this will be a disadvantage against you. In the eyes of the companies, the profitable customer is the one that does not pay in full, however meets the minimum requirements and does not fall behind on payments.

2. Utilities companies have also now began sharing information in regards to payments by its customers. So missing payments to you're utilities providers will put a negative mark on you're credit rating. Not all the companies share you're information but some reserve the right to in future. At this moment in time, the companies that do share you're information of missed payments are British Gas, BT and Scottish Power. Those that reserve the right to do so in future include Eon, Npower, Scottish and Southern, Sky and TalkTalk. The one company that does not share you're information is EDF. So don't miss you're payments!!

3. Check you're credit rating yourself. Take a look at you're credit report, get an idea of what the company will see. The report has you're personal details, whether or not you are on electoral roll, you're credit accounts, recent searches on you're file and financial links with other individuals. For any negative aspects on you're report, you could then ready an explanation if the lending company asks you about it.

The 3 main reference agencies which allow to view you're credit report are, Equifax, Experian and Callcredit. This of course costs money but here is how you can get it free.

The reference agencies main source of income comes from the person wanting to view their credit report. They would usually pay monthly for this and would total to around £80 a year. However, to lure you in, what the companies do is offer a month's free trial. They make you set up a direct debit payment or regular credit card payment. However here is the trick. As it is a month's free trial, you can cancel at any time. So when you have viewed you're report, just cancel. So you are able to view you're credit report absoloutely free!
Check thouroughly, every single detail on you're report as even an inaccuracy on you're address could lead to rejection. For example if you live on 37 Joebloggs road, and on you're report it said 39 Joebloggs road, this could mean that you get judged on some one else's report who may have a bad credit history. Check for other inaccuracies such as debts you never had as these inaccuracies pop up time and time again in credit reports.

If there are inaccuracies, then you will need to mail the agency in question and ask them to change it. Providing they agree there is an inaccuracy, they will change it. However if they don't, the you can make a complaint to the Information Commissioner or add you're own comments titles 'notice of correction', which will make it more likely you don't miss out on great terms.

4. Close down any credit agreements which are no longer in use.

5. Don't make too many applications for credit in a small amount of time to show lenders that you have a rich credit history, they will spot this and it will most likely go against you. Also, only apply for credit which you are likely to get. Though lenders cannot see if you have been rejected for an application, they can see if you have applied, and therefore work out if you were rejected by looking at which credit accounts you currently have open.

6. If you can avoid it, try not to do joint financing. Because any negative aspects of you're partners rating affects you're credit score equally. If you split, write and tell the agencies right away so it no longer affects you.

7. If you can manage, take out a card with a high interest rate. These cards are usually store cards, and lenders see this as a big positive when analysing you're report. If you find that the monthly repayments are impossible for you to pay off, then ask for smaller repayments.

8. If you have county court judgements against you, then make sure you pay them off in full and as soon as possible. then make sure that records at the Register of County Court Judgments are amended.

It is usually an inherited predisposition but in rare cases can also be acquired through the environment due brain damage. Being colour blind is classed as disability so you should get tested as if you are, you maybe be entitled to help.

Here is a simple way of determining whether a person is colour blind or not. It is the most common way of testing and is called the Ishihara Colour Test. It compromises of a series of 'plates' with numbers on them. Normal colour vision people will read a certain number, but colour blind people will read a different number. Note, this test is for Red-Green colour blindness.

Paid surveys is one the most popular methods of generating an income online. I have been with many survey panels, all of them free, but only a few have stood out from the rest. As a result, I want to share with you the panels which are in my opinion the best. The trick is to sign up to as many good panels as possible so you have more than enough surveys to keep you busy and have a steady flow of income.

Global Test Market is one of the best panels in my opinion. It is 100% FREE to join. They send me around 3 surveys per day, more than enough to keep me busy. Each survey on average is worth around 60 market points. They can take as little as 5 minutes to complete, or as long as 20 minutes. But the surveys are fun never the less. Once I have accumulated 1000 market points, I am ready for payout. 1000 market points is equal to $50. I requested payout and a check was sent to me within 2 weeks. There are also daily sweepstakes which make the panel much more fun. Formerly more better known as Light Speed Panel, this is yet another great panel. Again its free so it ticks the first box right away. The points for this panel do vary quite a bit for this panel. They usually range from 10 to 200 points. The more points that are offered, the longer the survey will take in general. They send me around 2 surveys per day but of course this wholly depends on your personal profile. 1150 points is equal to $10. Points can be redeemed after 1000 points have been earned. Payments are made through Paypal which is 100% free to join. However what I really like about the rewarding system with this panel is that you can obtain vouchers for popular high street names. However, although this is possible for UK users of the panel, I am not sure for other countries. To join this panel, click the link above.

3. newvistalive

newvistalive is another great panel with a fantastic pay plan. However many surveys you get totally depends on you're personal profile. The pay is one of the best, with £1 for every 5 minutes of a survey. So you could earn £12 with 60 minutes worth of surveys. Average survey length is 15 minutes. £50 is the minimum payout, which upon reaching, a check is sent out to you. The only unfortunate part of this panel, is that it is only open to UK residents. 3. Panda Research

Panda Research is another great panel which has paid out over $1 million to it's members to date. You receive $3 just for signing up. Surveys are frequent and range from $1-$75 for each survey! But what I really like about this panel, is that you also get paid to read their emails! You can be paid twice a month if you reach the threshold. Unfortunately this panel is only open to US members. Yes its true, car insurance prices are a complete joke. Especially if your a young driver with little experience. When people pass their driving test at 17 as I did, they are in for a complete shock when they try to find some cheap car insurance. Its horrible how you're insurance can be five times the worth of the car! So I decided to make a page that the car insurance companies definitely dont want you to see that will aid you in finding some cheap car insurance!

Young Drivers
Im going to make a sort of list on what to do or what not to do, so pay close attention!

1. Now that you have completed, your driving test, research whether it would be beneficial for you to complete the pass plus course. Some companies give up to a 35% discount if you have completed the course so it is definitely worth while.

2. Include Endsleigh in the list of insurance companies that you contact for car insurance quotations. Endsleigh have a good reputation for offering competitive insurance prices for new and young drivers.

3. If you have only just passed, it would be good to get a car that is cheap with a small engine for your first car. Small engine cars are cheaper to insure than bigger ones.

4. Right from the word go, you should start building and protecting your no claims bonus. In the long-term, this will drastically reduce your car insurance cost.

5. The first thing most young lads (sorry girls) want to do is 'kit up' and modify their car. If you do this, be warned this will lead to a significant increase in your insurance premium

General

1. Try getting a quote online from insurance companies. Some companies give a discount if a quote is acquired online.

2. When acquiring a quote, opt to pay a higher excess in the event of an insurance claim. This is the amount of money you pay if a claim was to be made. Opting for a higher excess will result in a cheaper car insurance quote.

3. If your vehicle is fitted with an approved immobiliser, you will usually find that it leads to cheaper insurance premium. If your vehicle is not fitted with an immobiliser, compare insurance quotes for with and without one fitted to see if it would be cost effective to have one fitted.

4. Limit the amount of miles you drive annually. When acquiring a quote, tell the insurance company your typical annual mileage. If you drive less each year, the less chance of you being involved in accident, thus a cheaper insurance premium! Simples!

5. Save time and money by visiting comparison sites such as moneysupermarket.com and confused.com . These sites automatically compare motor insurance quotes from multiple providers.

6. Minimise the number of drivers on your policy, especially young drivers. Adding young drivers increases the insurance cost as they are inexperienced and are in the 'high risk' group.

7. If your car was very cheap, it may be cost-effective to have third-party, fire and theft insurance instead of fully comprehensive cover. You should go about comparing quotes to see if it is cost-effective.

8. Park your car in a garage or other secure off road location. Here there is less chance of damage so leads to a decrease in insurance cost.

9. See if you can have Thatcham approved alarm installed by a professional. This has been known to save people around 10% off their insurance premium.

10. If you are part of a trade union or professional society check whether it has negotiated cheap car insurance policies for its members. If it has then make sure you contact them especially when acquiring car insurance quotes.

How To Watch Football Live Online for FREE

Watching live football online for FREE is becoming increasingly popular each year as subscription prices increase and whilst we're in a recession people are trying to save as much money as possible. I am going to show you two ways in which you can watch football live online for FREE. The first method is the easiest way but the second way in my opinion is the best way.

Online Streaming
There are some websites that stream live football matches on their wesbite. At the moment, I have only found one consistent website that gives quality football streams for free, but bare in mind these are online streams so when I say 'quality' I dont mean HD! Now because I said software, dont go round banging your head. Its really really simple trust me! First you need to download one piece of streaming software and in my opinion the best. It is called Sopcast and is 100% free. Here is link:

Once you have downloaded it, go through the set up and install it. Once you have installed it, you are going to need to go to a website. Bookmark this page as you will always come here whenever you want to watch live football (you can watch any sports actually):

Ok so when your on the site, find the match you want to watch. Then on the right of the match you want to watch, click the small tv icon. This will bring you to a page with loads(sometime little) of channels. The channel at the top is usually the one working the best. Under each channel, is listed the software available to watch the live football stream. If sopcast is listed, then click play next it. Your installed sopcast player will load up and begin to stream the channel.

How To Get GCSE Past Papers, AS Level Past Papers, A2 Past Papers

We all know that the best preparation for an exam is going through past papers. What annoys me is when I see websites that want to charge you for getting past papers when there is no way they paid for them anyway. So on this page Im going to show you how to get maths past papers, biology past papers, chemistry past papers... you get the idea. I will make sure that I include OCR past papers, AQA past papers, Edexcel past papers and also WJEC past papers.

AQA Past Papers

Luckily, AQA past papers are hosted on their website so you can get past papers for them quite easily. When you clink through to the link, just click the correct course depending on whether you need GCSE past papers, as level papers or a2 level papers. Then click the correct subject and what should be displayed are the past papers from previous years since that syllabus started. Recently, AQA has had many new syllabuses released meaning you may have to click 'legacy A levels' to access the past papers but remember those past papers may not be 100% relevant to your syllabus.

Another great website with AQA past papers is http://www.thepaperbank.co.uk/ however the problem we have here is that on its site it does not make it clear as to which exam board a past paper is specific to but there are some which tell you as to what exam board they are for.

OCR Past Papers

Just like AQA, OCR past papers are hosted on their site. Just like AQA, OCR has made many syllabus changes meaning they also have qualifications sorted as either 'current' or 'legacy'. Keep in mind though when you click through and have found the subject such as maths, the maths past papers will not show up. This is because you must click 'view all documents', only then will they show up. Dont ask me why, its just the way it is!

Another great site for OCR past papers if you are doing subjects in the 'science' area is http://pastpapers.org/ . This website has even got past papers that are older than the ones on the OCR website! They go far back as 2002, meaning you have more than enough past papers to get through. I would seriously recommend this website if you are doing Biology, Chemistry or Physics because if you are, this website is for you.
Edexcel Papers
Just like the other exam boards, Edexcel past papers are hosted on their website, however in order to access them you must know the centre number for your school/college. But if you click on the side of the page where it says 'Past papers for students', you should be able to access them without this information but keep in mind when clicking this link it takes you to another website.

WJEC papers
In my opinion, WJEC is one of the most difficult exam boards so past papers are a must when it comes to revision when you're on the WJEC exam board. Just like the other websites, click which level of education you are doing, then the correct subject and all the available past papers will be displayed. Unlike some of the other websites, the past papers on the page are clearly laid out and it is easy to find a paper which is specific to a certain year. Here is the link

How To Moonwalk Like Michael Jackson

If you have always wanted to master arguably one of the greatest dance moves, The Michael Jackson Moonwalk, then you have come to the correct place. This move is not easy but once you have managed to pull it off, you will be one of the hottest characters on the dance floor.

Ok let's get started, you will need:
1. Old Pair of socks
2. Smooth surface (laminate is excellent)
3. Patience!

We are going to start off just in your socks on a smooth surface. This way is easier as it is difficult to find footwear that let's you moonwalk smoothly even on smooth surfaces! So once you have mastered the moonwalk in socks, you know you will be able to do it in shoes as well.

Step 1- Stand straight with you're feet level and about 5 cm apart

Step 2- Keeping you're left foot firmly on the ground, lift the heel of you're right foot so that you are standing on the ball of you're right foot.

Step 3- Using the ball of you're right foot, push back you're left foot BUT make sure it slides back flat on the ground until the toes of you're left foot just pass the heel of you're right foot.

Step 4- As soon as the toes of you're left foot pass the heel of you're right foot, alternate both feet positions at the same time meaning lift the heels of you're left foot so that you are now standing on the ball of you're left foot and you're right foot is flat on the ground. This step must
be done quickly but as smoothly as you can

Step 5- Repeat! Doing what you did at the start when you were on the ball of you're right foot, do the same with you're left foot. Keep repeating, and repeating and erm.. oh yeah repeating! Until you get it right. It took me 2 weeks to master this move, but surely you can learn it quicker than I did? Let me know how long it took you by leaving you're comments.

When it comes to spots, there has only ever been one method used by me. You have probably heard of it before, the only ingredient needed is water.

Now I know some of you out there have probably tried to get rid of spots before by just drinking water but may have found that it is not effective. But were you doing it properly? Believe me, water is the best way to get rid of spots, dont waste your time buying these products which claim to get rid of spots overnnight. I tried one cream, it cost me £24.99. It claimed it would get rid of my spots within 24 hours and guess what, it did! But after a few days, the spots just started coming back, I was soo ****** off!

Then a chinese friend of mine, who is a herbal doctor, told me about this thing that you may not have heard of, its called water!

How does Water Work?
Water as we know has many essential roles within the body but those that concern Acne are as follows. Water is a natural detoxifier and is the most effective one. It helps remove toxins from the body. These toxins include certain hormones which trigger acne by increasing sebum production from the sebaceous glands present just below the skin. The actual function of this sebum is to keep the skin moist and prevent its cracking. But the problem occurs when the mouth of these glands, opening in skin pores, are blocked with dust and dead skin mixed with sebum. The sebum cannot escape and gets accumulated below the skin, causing red, painful and inflammatory heads called acne. The Situation becomes worse when acne gets infected by bacteria.

How Much Water?
My recommendation is 8 glasses of water a day. This will help detoxify your body thoroughly and will not just help against acne but also other health issues such as high blood pressure and can help with weight loss. Cold water is good as it increases your metabolism at the same time when detoxifying your body.

Yes you have come to the correct place if you want to lose weight swiftly and most important healthily. However first I must inform of things you should not do which could possibly put your health at risk. So here is your What Not To Do List

1. Don’t go crazy buying loads of products which you see online that look extremely attractive. Most of these products don’t work and are a rip off. Some may work and work well indeed, however they may help you lose weight fast but not healthily. If you do become particularly interested in a product, make sure you find a reliable review for it first

2. Do not rush into big bursts of exercise as your body will not be used to it and it could put a strain on your heart. For example if you have not done any running in a few years, and start running for miles straight away, your body will not be able to cope

3. Last and finally DON’T GIVE UP! Losing weight can take time but how long it takes is up to you. As you lose weight, it becomes more difficult to lose more weight so don’t lose your self-esteem!

Ok so that’s the boring part out of the way, let’s get straight into it. I’m going to break it down into 10 steps so you can digest the information properly.

1. Calories- calories are needed for energy. However you should only consume how much you need. Any extra calories you take in gets stored up as fat and consequently you gain weight. Depending on your age and gender, there are different recommended daily amounts. The point is, if you take in exactly what you need, you don’t lose or gain weight. However if you take in less than you need, and do this for a period of time, you will see results almost straight away. 2. Levels of Activity- your typical day only consist of waking up, going to work, come home, watch TV and go to bed? You need to increase the amount of calories you burn. Get up 10 minutes earlier and go for a walk. Workplace not too far? Take the bike instead. Get their on bus? Get off one stop earlier. This will significantly increase the amount of calories you burn and all add up at the end of the week

3. Diets - it is really difficult to find a diet plan that works as everyone is different. However, the longest a diet plan should be is no more than two months. This is because if no progress has been made by this time, then the diet is not effective. This leads to another problem, your morale decreases hugely and some people will just give up after this. So find a diet that makes a difference after the first week!

4. Plan- have you got planned what you’re going to eat tomorrow? The day after? The day after tomorrow? You must plan ahead and make sure you have got the correct foods already stored away. If you have no plan and just go to the fridge to see what you’ve got, then you’re probably going to eat whatever is in the fridge.

5. Habits - some people have a huge list of bad habits that gets them overweight. Skipping meals is one of them. The reason why this is because you end up overeating at the next meal. Some people have in mind that they must finish their plate. If this is the case, then serve the food in smaller plates making the portion smaller. Trust me, its effective! Are you always having that packet of crisp or chocolate after a meal? Change it for a portion of fruit. Overweight people also eat very fast. If you eat slowly, then you’re breaking down the food more making it easier for the body to digest it properly. Oh, and you enjoy your food much more!

6. Drink Water- in this day and age, it is very common for someone to grab a can of coke or other fizzy drink to quench their thirst. This is not good as these drinks contain many calories and they also damage your teeth. Water is extremely refreshing and contains 0 calories. Drinking cold water actuallly increases your metabolism as energy is needed to heat up the water in your body. This will in turn help you lose weight as well as prevent other problems such as acne.

7. Negative Calorie Foods- Ever heard of negative calories foods? These are basically foods which use up more calories to digest than is actually in them. So they are basically fat burning foods! 8. Chewing- chewing gum is actually an excellent way of losing weight. By chewing sugar-free gum, you increase your metabolism by approximately 20%. Someone chewing gum all day can burn off an equivalent of 11 pounds a year!

9. Muscle- Did you know, if you were to go with a friend to watch a movie, but he has more muscle on his body, just by sitting there in one place, he would burn more calories than you in the same amount of time. The reason for this is because when you have more muscle on you're body, you're metabolism is higher. Metabolic reactions use energy, so the higher you're metabolism, the more calories you burn. Simples!

10. Keep It There- when people lose weight and have got down to their desired weight, they revert back to their old ways and put it all back on again. When you have got down to your desired weight, don’t stop exercising or give up your healthy diet!

A CV is very important in the adult world as it is looked at by employers who look for the best candidates for their company. It is almost like a brochure, where you sell yourself and make yourself stand out from the rest of the crowd. A CV includes:

Career history
Skills and strengths
Awards and achievements

Contact details

Length

A CV in general usually covers no more that one side of A4 unless you have a wealth of previous experience or are a university graduate with many more things to add on.

Layout

Not all CV layouts are the same but you must make sure it is clearly laid out,logically ordered, easy to read and not cramped. Good presentation is vital as it shows the employer you are an organised person. Also make sure it is accurate in content,grammar and spelling.

Sample CV

This CV gives you an idea of how it should be laid out and in order, with ease of reading.

Font
Times New Roman is the best to go for as it is the standard windows font and is probably the easiest read. Bets are, employers like it!

Honesty
Although you can leave out information you dont want the employer to know, never give inaccurate or misleading information or else... well you can work that one out for yourself.

Read
Make sure you proof read, re-read and read again making sure there are no mistakes in your CV because if there are, it will give the employer a bad impression straight away. Give your CV to someone else to read as well just to make sure it makes sense.
